Order
Yes, if you have opened a customer account during the order process, you can track the progress of your order.
If you have not done so, you are welcome to send us an email with the associated 5 digit order number.
Once you have ordered, your order is final. However, you can always send an email to contact@tritt-kunst.ch to request changes. However, we cannot guarantee that these changes will be honored.
You must make your payment with Mastercard, Visacard or Apple Pay. If you do not make a payment, your order will be cancelled. If you have already made your payment, your order is final.
All payments are to be made in Swiss Francs CHF. We accept VisaCard, Mastercard, ApplePay and TWINT payments.

Shipping Europe 7-14 days
We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to Swiss Post or Customs. When shipping outside of Switzerland and Lichtenstein, customs fees will apply and will not be covered by the seller.

All products offered are original basic products regardless of the brand.
Please take our care instructions to heart so that you are as long as possible happy with your sneakers. NO machine wash! Hand wash only. Do not use harsh, caustic or alcoholic cleaners. DO NOT scratch or rub heavily on the painted surfaces.
Yes. To place an individual order, you can do so by mail, contact form or by phone. To ensure a quick processing of the offer, we need from you as much as possible information such as shoe size, shoe model, delivery date, color, motif. If you have a picture of the sneaker or the motif, it is best to send it immediately.
Yes. Our products are water and weather resistant. We professionally prepare the shoes for processing and use Jacquard’s clear varnish. This allows you to wear the shoes even in rain and snow. The painted surfaces must not be roughly scratched. Our sneakers wear out just like regular sneakers. So wear them with love and care.
Company
Our company is located at Langweidstrasse 4 in CH-8624 Grüt/Gossau. It is not suitable for public visit.
Our products are sold exclusively online.
